First of all it appears that the questionnaire did not error out.

This is the second Theme Camp Questionnaire for Black Rock City Post
office for 2008 received and I have read the email that was sent to Terry.

I am cc'ng Greg Perkins on this as I cannot place this camp twice, and I
cannot make a judgement about the overall situation. I must know if your
camp issues have been ironed out and which questionnaire it is that we are
reviewing in terms of making our decisions about placement. Or if there
are now two separate camps.
